In 1998, as a young and enthusiastic youth, I decided to take a risk and start a window, door and building materials company in Foshan, Guangdong. As China’s economy prospered and global trade grew, the MannLee brand soared.

Nowadays we have around 300 dedicated professionals in our team and an extended factory of nearly 18 000 square meters located at Zhongshan in Guangdong Province. As a leader, I am extremely lucky to have such a great team beside me.

I am a lifelong learner who always watches over the development of the corporation tirelessly. I work closely with my subordinates by enhancing communication between them so that they could work as one unit in order to achieve common objectives. Moreover, I go down to the factory personally where I ensure strictness towards product quality which is meant for those using it as well as going out into the market where there are changes being observed.

I have always believed that attitude is everything. There is no limit what we can do with this organization. Consequently, I will continue to maintain precision while trying to improve professionalism at all levels within our firm.My aim is to craft comfortable and secure doors and windows for more families, transforming MannLee into a pioneering brand in the door and window industry of Foshan.
